Niharika Gollapalli and Venkata Vivek, partners of Eat Confetti, own the cafe chain bookings of around 5 franchises in and around Telangana within a span of a month. They opened their first outlet recently. Niharika is still a student pursuing her under graduation in Civil Engineering at Vasavi College of Engineering. When she first started Eat Confetti, she was 19 years old. Vivek is pursuing his Masters in Construction Management at Stevens Institute of Technology. This rapidly growing business opportunity was pursued by both of them. Niharika has always been entrepreneurial. She always liked doing things differently from the people around her. Both Niharika and Vivek didn’t quite like the idea of following others and preferred working in an “open” setting.
